The user steering committee for bwHPC tier 3 and data management has been assigned with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Define and approve HPC access policies
- Evaluate HPC cluster loads
- Define and regulate HPC competence center extensions concerning science areas
- Define policies concerning HPC cluster extensions
- Represent HPC users' concerns and requests in the dialog with HPC cluster operators, e.g. resource needs and software licences, HPC innovation embedding or computing queue settings.
